HPLC-ELSD 法检测复配乳化剂中丙二醇硬脂酸酯含量的研究

摘要:建立以高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法检测丙二醇硬脂酸酯的方法。复配乳化剂样品用异丙醇溶解,0.22 滋mm微滤膜过滤,以C18反相色谱柱为分离色谱柱,流动相为乙腈和异丙醇,流速为0.5mL/min,漂移管温度:50℃,载气压力:25 psi。实验结果表明,丙二醇硬脂酸酯峰面积的常用对数与其进样浓度的常用对数呈现良好线性关系(R2=0.9974),加标回收率在95.06 %~102.73 %范围内,RSD<5%,复配乳化剂样品中丙二醇硬脂酸酯组分可以与其他成分完全分离。该方法不需对样品进行衍生化处理,能简单、快速定量复配乳化剂中丙二醇硬脂酸酯含量。

Determination of Propylene Glycol Stearate Content fromCompound Emulsifier by HPLC-ELSD

Abstract: A high-performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light-scatter detector (HPLC-ELSD)quantitativemethod for propylene glycol stearate was established. The compound emulsifier was dissolved by isopropyl alcohol,andfiltered by 0.22滋m microfiltration membrane. Using C18 reverse phase chromatography column,acetonitrile andisopropyl alcohol were used as mobile phase,a flow rate of 0.5mL/min. The drift tube temperature was controlled at50℃ and the pressure of carrier gas at 25psi. Experimental results showed that the common logarithm for peak area andconcentration of propylene glycol stearate showed good linear relationship (R2=0.9974). The recovery ranged from95.06%~102.73% and the relative standard deviation (RSD)was less than 5%. Propylene glycol stearate can beseparated completely from compound emulsifier sample. The method is simple and rapid for quantifying propyleneglycol stearate content from compound emulsifier without derivatization.
