包装饮用水生产线中铜绿假单胞菌的 检测与防控

摘要:选取包装饮用水生产线上部分质量监控点的水作为研究对象,采用滤膜法分别在3 月中旬、6 月中旬、9月中旬、12 月中旬进行铜绿假单胞菌的检测,以得到其检出率。目的是对包装饮用水生产线中的铜绿假单胞菌进行针对性的防控。结果显示,3月中旬生产线上不同质量监控点水的检出率分别为5%、50%、5%、0、0;6 月中旬分别为35%、100%、40%、0、0;9 月中旬分别为10%、65%、20%、0、0;12 月中旬分别为0、45%、0、0、0。综上所述,夏秋季的铜绿假单胞菌的检出率高于春冬季,铜绿假单胞菌的污染主要来自于加工过程中的粗滤环节。

Detection of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa in Packing Drinking Water Production Line

Abstract:Water from some quality monitoring sites on packing drinking water production line was selected as the researchobject. The detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in middle of March,mid-June,mid-September,and mid-Decemberwere carried out using filter method,to get its detection rate. The purpose is to conduct targeted prevention and control ofpseudomonas aeruginosa in packing drinking production. The results show,in mid-March,the detection rates of water atdifferent quality monitoring sites of the production line were 5%,50%,5%,0,and 0;in mid-June,they were 35%,100%,40%,0,and 0;respectively,in mid-September,10%,65%,20%,0,0;0,45%,0,0,0 in mid-December.Insummary,the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in summer and autumnwas higher than that in spring and winte,the contamination of Pseudomonas aeruginosa mainly comes fromthe process of rough filtration.
