枸杞粉干燥工艺研究

摘要:目的:枸杞粉的干燥工艺研究与优化。方法:在单因素考察的基础上,以干燥温度、进料速率、干燥时间和履带运行速率4 个考察因素,以水分、干燥速率和枸杞多糖含量的综合评分为响应值,进行响应曲面分析。结果:产业化优先选择带式干燥方式,带式干燥最优干燥工艺参数为:干燥温度97℃,进料速率65r/min,干燥时间125min,履带速率7cm/min。结论:采用响应面法优选的工艺稳定可行,可指导产业化生产。

Study on the Drying Process of Chinese Wolfberry Powder

Abstract: Objective:Research and optimization of the drying process of Chinese wolfberry powder. Methods: Based on thesingle factor investigation with the drying temperature,feed rate,drying time and crawler running rate of four factors,comprehensive score on moisture,drying rate and Chinese wolfberry polysaccharides content of the response value,response surface analysis was conducted. Results: Industrialization preference belt drying way,the optimal drying beltdrying process parameters as follows: drying temperature 97℃,feed rate 65r/min,the drying time of 125min,crawler runningrate 7cm/min. Conclusion: The optimized process of response surface method is stable and feasible,and the result canprovide guidance to industrialized production.
