摘要：蒸发器生产不能连续生产，即间断进料间断出料，最为常见的是外循环蒸发器，这是由蒸发器本身特点决定的，而一些同等蒸发量的同一种类型的蒸发器采用单效、双效与采用多效蒸发其效果也不相同，即单效很多情况下是不能够连续进料连续出料的，非进行循环不可，这种不连续生产最为普遍。该文仅以蒸发量都是5200kg/h 的单效降膜式蒸发器与三效降膜式蒸发器在牛奶生产上的应用为例加以阐述制约因素。

The Cause of Discontinuity in the Production of EvaporatorLIU Dian-yu

Abstract: Evaporator production can not be continuously produce，that is，intermittent feeding discontinuous anddischarging，the most common is the external circulation evaporator，which is determined by the characteristics of theevaporator itself，and the same type evaporator with the same evaporation is not the same as the single effect，double effectand multi effect evaporation. Circulation is not allowed. This kind of discontinuous production is the most common one.The application of the single effect falling filmevaporator with 5200kg/h and the three effect falling filmevaporator in milkproduction is described as an example.
