摘要：茶叶黄酮是一类重要的化合物，具有抗氧化、消除自由基、抗菌抗病毒、清热解毒、抗癌抗突变、抑制动脉粥样硬化、降血脂、降血压等生理活性。综述了有关茶叶黄酮提取工艺及纯化方法的研究进展，为后期茶叶黄酮的提取与纯化研究提供参考。

Advances in Extraction and Purification of the Flavonoids in Tea（Camellia sinensis）

Abstract: Tea flavonoids are one kind of the most important substance，which have many biological activities such asantioxidation，dispelling the free radical，anti-bacterial and anti-virus effect，heat-clearing and detoxifying，anti-cancer，anti-mutation，inhibiting atherosclerotic lesion，reducing lipid，decreasing blood pressure，etc. Extraction methods forflavonoids were summarized，as well as isolation-purification method for flavonoids. All these provides reference for thestudy of flavonoids fromtea. These data may supply useful information to extraction and purification of flavonoids fromtea.
