茶叶黄酮提取和纯化工艺研究进展

摘要:茶叶黄酮是一类重要的化合物,具有抗氧化、消除自由基、抗菌抗病毒、清热解毒、抗癌抗突变、抑制动脉粥样硬化、降血脂、降血压等生理活性。综述了有关茶叶黄酮提取工艺及纯化方法的研究进展,为后期茶叶黄酮的提取与纯化研究提供参考。

Advances in Extraction and Purification of the Flavonoids in Tea(Camellia sinensis)

Abstract: Tea flavonoids are one kind of the most important substance,which have many biological activities such asantioxidation,dispelling the free radical,anti-bacterial and anti-virus effect,heat-clearing and detoxifying,anti-cancer,anti-mutation,inhibiting atherosclerotic lesion,reducing lipid,decreasing blood pressure,etc. Extraction methods forflavonoids were summarized,as well as isolation-purification method for flavonoids. All these provides reference for thestudy of flavonoids fromtea. These data may supply useful information to extraction and purification of flavonoids fromtea.
