百合饮料的研究进展

摘要:百合是重要的食用、药用和观赏植物,其食用部分为长于地下的球状鳞茎,含有丰富的营养成分,具有很强的保健功能。文章主要对以百合为原料的百合饮料展开介绍,通过阐述百合饮料的种类、护色方法、稳定剂的种类和使用及常见的杀菌方式,来对当下百合饮料的研究进展做进一步的探讨说明。

Abstract: Lily is an important edible, medicinal and ornamental plant, and its edible part is grown in underground asspherical bulb,containing rich nutrition composition, and having health care function. This article mainly to introduce tothe raw material of lily beverage lily,through the elaboration of the lily beverage type,color method,the types of stabilizersand the way of use and common sterilization,to the present research progress of lily beverage for further discussion.
