食品安全概论全校公开课教学改革与思考

摘要:《食品安全概论》课程旨在培养食品相关专业及非食品类专业学生的食品安全意识和食品安全体系框架知识。该文针对专业和授课对象对课程学时设置、授课模式、课程内容体系、课程效果评价等方面进行了系统阐述,旨在为本课程授课教师提供教学和教材编撰提供理论参考。

Educational Reformand Thinking of Open Class about Food Safety Generality

Abstract: It’s aimed at cultivating food safety awareness and food safety system frame of students in Food SafetyGenerality course. Aiming at specility and teaching object of open class,curriculum period setting,curriculum teachingmode,course content system,effectiveness evaluation of curriculum were stated in the paper. This would provide theoryreference about teaching and textbook compilation to teachers.
