姜黄素生理功能的研究进展

摘要:姜黄素可以从姜科植物根茎中提取而得到,因其具有抗氧化、抑制炎症反应、抗衰老消除自由基及抗肿瘤生长等作用,被人们广泛的应用到医学及食品中。该文主要对姜黄素在人体中发挥的作用及功能进行了深入的总结及归纳,旨在为其深入研究提供进一步的参考。

Advances in Research on Physiological Functions of Curcumin

Abstract: Curcumin can be extracted from the roots of Zingiberaceae plants. It has been widely used in medicine and food because of its anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,anti-aging and anti-tumor growth effects.This article mainly summarizes and summarizes the role and function of curcumin in human body,aiming to provide further reference for its in-depth research.
