油菜秸秆的成分分析研究

摘要:本文采用范式洗涤纤维法对油菜秸秆中的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的含量进行测定,在单因素实验基础上通过正交试验优化了测定成分所需的条件。结果表明,测定油菜秸秆成分的最佳条件为:洗涤剂浓度为20%,悬浊液煮沸时间为1h,H2SO4酸解时间为3h,H2SO4浓度为72%,各因素对测定结果的影响次序为:H2SO4酸解时间>洗涤剂浓度>悬浊液的煮沸时间>H2SO4浓度。

Analysis and Investigation of Cellulose Content

Abstract: In this paper,the content of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin in rape straw was determined by the paradigm washing fiber method. The conditions required for the determination of the components were optimized by orthogonal experiment on the basis of single factor experiment. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the determination of straw components were: detergent concentration 20%,suspension boiling time 1h,H2SO4 acid hydrolysis time 3h,H2SO4 concentration 72%,the influence order of various factors on the determination results:H2SO4 acid hydrolysis time >detergent concentration > suspension boiling time > H2SO4 concentration.
