黄芪提取物的抑菌活性研究

摘要:用石油醚、乙醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇不同有机溶剂分别对经预处理后的黄芪浸膏进行萃取。采用滤纸片法对各萃取物进行抑菌试验。结果表明,各萃取物对试验菌具有选择性的抑制作用。不同溶剂萃取物的抑菌能力不同,其中正丁醇相提取物对供试菌种的抑菌效果最好,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径达到21.4mm,对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径达到14.7mm,经逐级萃取后留在水相中的提取物无抑菌能力。黄芪提取物对细菌的抑菌能力大于真菌,且抑菌活性具有较好的耐热性。

Study on the Antimicrobial Activity of Astragalus Extract

Abstract: The pretreatment astragalus extract was further exacted with different solvents,including petroleum ether,ethyl ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The crude extracts were tested for activities against pathogenic bacteria by means of disk agar diffusion method. The results showed that different extracts had selectivity effects on testing microbial. The different solvent extracts of astragalus had different effects. The activity of n-butanol extract was the strongest(S.aureus,d=21.4mm. E. coli,d=14.7mm),and water extract was the weakest. Besides,its bacteriostatic activity against bacteria was stronger than fungi,which had good heat resistance.
