摘要：胶原蛋白属于热敏性物料，板式升降膜蒸发器用于胶原蛋白生产也非常成熟。本文主要介绍在三效板式升降式蒸发器中引入热压缩节能技术，如何进行热平衡计算，并以JSJM03-3600型三效板式升降膜蒸发器在胶原蛋白生产中的设计过程及应用为例加以阐述。

Design and Application of Three-effect Plate Lifting FilmEvaporator in Collagen Production

Abstract: Collagen is a heat-sensitive material，and the plate-type lifting film evaporator is also very mature for collagen production. This article mainly introduces the introduction of thermal compression energy-saving technology in the three-effect plate-type elevating evaporator，and how to calculate the heat balance. The design process and application of JSJM03-3600 three-effect plate-type lifting film evaporator in collagen production are described as an example.
