摘要:真菌类产品具有很高的营养价值和保健作用,尤其是具有增强人体免疫力的功效方面是一般果蔬植物无法代替的。本文分析了真菌类产品特点以及国际贸易的变化趋势,介绍了真菌类饮料市场概况和类别,提出了真菌类饮料今后研发注意事项以及发展建议。

Deep Processing of Edible Fungi and Its Application in Beverage Industry

Abstract: Fungi products have high nutritional value and health care functions,especially in terms of the effect ofenhancing human immunity,which cannot be replaced by ordinary fruits,vegetables and plants. This paper analyzesthe characteristics of fungi products and the changing trend of international trade,introduces the market overview andcategory of fungi drinks,and puts forward the attentions and suggestions for the development of fungi drinks in thefuture.
