摘要：在饮料产品中，液体茶饮料是一种常见的产品类别，主要有茶汤饮料、果汁/果味茶饮料、碳酸茶饮料、奶茶/奶味茶饮料和复合茶饮料等。本文对我国液体茶饮料的产品种类以及茶汤萃取、澄清、风味调配、杀菌和包装等技术进行综述，为饮料行业从业人员了解和掌握我国液体茶饮料技术现状提供参考。

Product Types and Technology Status of Liquid Tea Drinks in China

Abstract: Among the beverage products，liquid tea beverage is a common product category，mainly including teasoup beverage， fruit juice/fruit flavor tea beverage， carbonated tea beverage， milk tea/milk tea beverage andcompound tea beverage. In this paper，the product types of liquid tea drinks in China，as well as the technologies oftea extraction，clarification，flavor blending，sterilization and packaging，were summarized in order to providereference for the practitioners in the beverage industry to understand and master the technology status of liquid teadrinks in China.
