摘要：文章综述了覆盆子的种植、功效成分、药理功能研究，总结了覆盆子加工饮料产品现状，论述了覆盆子在饮料方面的发展前景，目的在于促进覆盆子在饮料方面的进一步发展，加强覆盆子资源的利用。
