摘要：综述了一种先进的气雾罐三角形排列装箱机，代替传统的对称型排列装箱。采取平移导轨、同步带和伺服电机进行传动，采用变频器对输送带进行变频调速，采用变位气缸实现气雾罐错位排列，使用触摸屏作为图形操作终端，实现装箱机的高自动化、柔性化、稳定性。详细介绍了装箱机设计思想和硬件系统的搭建，用以实现气雾罐的防磨损装箱。

Abstract: In this paper，Advanced aerosol can triangle-array packaging machine is introduced to take the place oftraditional symmetry-array packaging machine. Its transmission is based on translational guide，synchronous belt andservomotor. Frequency conversion of conveyer belt is based on variable-frequency drive. Derangement of aerosol can isbased on variable cylinder. Touch-screen is used for operating terminal，to realized high automation，pliability andstability. This paper aims to introduce the design philosophy and establishment of hardware system to developattrition-free packaging of aerosol can.
