不同方法萃取罗汉果渣油脂品质及成分分析

摘要:以罗汉果渣为原料,采用超临界CO2萃取方法和亚临界萃取方法萃取罗汉果渣油脂,对所得油脂品质进行分析对比,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行分析鉴定。结果表明超临界CO2萃取和亚临界萃取所得罗汉果渣油脂品质正常,且都含有不饱和脂肪酸亚油酸、角鲨烯、植物甾醇等主要有效成分,营养价值丰富。超临界CO2萃取和亚临界萃取2 种萃取方法对罗汉果渣油脂成分的组成和相对含量都存在影响,超临界CO2萃取所得罗汉果渣油脂所含不饱和脂肪酸亚油酸、角鲨烯含量较亚临界萃取所得罗汉果渣油脂所含不饱和脂肪酸亚油酸、角鲨烯含量高。

Analysis for the Quality and Composition of Oil fromMomordica Grosvenori Residue by DifferentExtraction Methods

Abstract: Supercritical CO2 extraction method and subcritical extraction method combined with GC-MS were set up toanalyze the quality and components of oil from Momordica grosvenori residue by using Momordica grosvenori residueas raw materials. The results showed that the quality of both of the oil from Momordica grosvenori residue bysupercritical CO2 extraction and by subcritical extraction were normal. Both of the oil were rich in nutrition and containmain effective components,such as linoleic acid,squalene and phytosterols. The components composition and relativecontent of the oil from Momordica grosvenori residue by supercritical CO2 extraction and by subcritical extraction weredifferent. The oil from Momordica grosvenori residue by supercritical CO2 extraction was richer in linoleic acid,squalenethan the oil fromMomordica grosvenori residue by subcritical extraction.
