刺葡萄风味果汁饮料的研制

摘要:以刺葡萄果汁作为主要原料,以柠檬酸和白砂糖作为辅料,对刺葡萄风味果汁风味饮料进行研究,根据单因素实验结果进行正交试验,得到刺葡萄风味果汁饮料最佳配方为:刺葡萄果汁原汁添加量25%、白砂糖添加量6%、柠檬酸添加量0.9%。

Research on the Beverage of Vitis Davidii Foex Juice

Abstract: The Vitis davidii Juice was used as the main raw material,supplemented by citric acid and white granulatedsugar. On the basis of single factor experiment,the best formula of Vitis davidii Juice was determined by orthogonaldesign. The best formula after optimized was as follows: the addition amount of Vitis davidii Foex Juice was 25%,theaddition amount of sugar was 6%;and citric acid addition was 0.9%.
