摘要:该文参考了GB 8538-2016《食品安全国家标准饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》中姜黄素光谱法,测定天然矿泉水中硼酸盐含量的方法,开展探索性实验,该方法平均回收率101.5%,回归系数R2为0.9997,线性良好;除此以外,对反应温度、最适测定波长和反应容器的影响进行了相关实验,并对结果进行了分析和探讨。

Determination of Borate in Natural Mineral Water by Curcumin Spectrophotometry

Abstract: According to the method of curcumin spectrophotometric determination of borate content in the naturalmineral water in GB 8538-2016“food safety national standard drinking natural mineral water test method”,exploratoryexperiments were carried out in this paper. The average recovery rate is 101.5%. The regression coefficient R2 is0.9997,indicating a good correlation. In addition,the reaction temperature,the optimum wavelength and the reactionvessel are tested,and the results are analyzed and discussed.
