摘要：该文参考了GB 8538-2016《食品安全国家标准饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》中姜黄素光谱法，测定天然矿泉水中硼酸盐含量的方法，开展探索性实验，该方法平均回收率101.5%，回归系数R2为0.9997，线性良好；除此以外，对反应温度、最适测定波长和反应容器的影响进行了相关实验，并对结果进行了分析和探讨。

Determination of Borate in Natural Mineral Water by Curcumin Spectrophotometry

Abstract: According to the method of curcumin spectrophotometric determination of borate content in the naturalmineral water in GB 8538-2016“food safety national standard drinking natural mineral water test method”，exploratoryexperiments were carried out in this paper. The average recovery rate is 101.5%. The regression coefficient R2 is0.9997，indicating a good correlation. In addition，the reaction temperature，the optimum wavelength and the reactionvessel are tested，and the results are analyzed and discussed.
