摘要：为了监测实验室含乳饮料中安赛蜜测量结果及整个测量系统是否处于稳定受控的状态，使用Excel 进行含乳饮料中安赛蜜的分析用控制图及控制用控制图的制作，达到了确保检测数据准确稳定的目的。相比于实验室其他质量控制手段，使用Excel 绘制质量控制图直观明了，也更简单易于操作。

Application of Quality Control Chart in the Determination of Accsulfame-k in Milk Beverage

Abstract: In order to monitor the measurement results of Accsulfame-k in milk beverage and ensure that the wholelaboratory measurement system is in a stable controlled state，we created control charts by Excel to ensure the test datais accurate and stable in a certain period of time. Compared with other quality control methods in the laboratory，making quality control charts by excel is intuitive，simple and easy to operate.
