摘要:ICP-MS作为痕量分析的主要仪器,检测所需试剂少,检验时间快,检出限低,测定结果准确可靠。该文以保健食品为例,来进行ICP-MS 法测定总砷的方法验证。样品经微波消解处理后,依据GB 5009.11-2014 第一法电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)来进行检测。同时实验测定了方法的检出限、精密度及准确度,均能满足标准要求和实验室的要求。

Determination of Total Arsenic in Health Food by ICP-MS Method

Abstract: As the main instrument for trace analysis,ICP-MS has few reagents,fast test time,low detection limit,andaccurate and reliable results. This paper takes health food as an example to verify the ICP-MS method for the determinationof total arsenic. Samples were treated by microwave digestion and detected by GB 5009.11-2014 first inductively coupledplasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). At the same time,the detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method weredetermined,which can meet the standard requirements and laboratory requirements.
