摘要:通过小鼠试验探讨不同用量组合的配方功能饮料抗疲劳的作用。方法:160 只雄性ICR小鼠按体重随机分为4 组,即溶剂对照组、配方饮料组1、配方饮料组2 和阳性对照组。以经口灌胃方式分别给予各组蒸馏水、两个不同剂量受试样品以及某西洋参保健口服液,每日1 次,连续30d。而后各组进行负重游泳试验以及血清尿素、肝糖原和血乳酸含量的测定。结果:与溶剂对照组相比,两个剂量受试样品组均能够显著增加小鼠负重游泳的时间(P<0.01)、显著降低小鼠游泳后体内血清尿素的含量水平(P<0.01)、显著降低血乳酸曲线下面积(P<0.01),配方饮料组1 还能显著提高小鼠肝糖原含量水平(P<0.01)。结论:该配方功能饮料具有缓解小鼠体力疲劳的功能,其作用效果与牛磺酸和咖啡因的含量水平相关。

Formula Ratio and Effect of Anti-fatigue Functional Beverage

Abstract: The objective was to research the anti-fatigue effects of formula functional beverage with different dosagesthrough the mouse test. Methods: According to the body weight,160 male ICR mice were randomly divided into 4 groups(solvent control group,formula beverage group 1,formula beverage group 2 and the positive control group). Each hadoral oral gavage of distilled water,two different doses of samples and certain American ginseng health oral liquidrespectively with once a day for 30 consecutive days. Then,serum urea,liver glycogen and levels of lactate acid weredetermined before and after swimming tests. Results: Compared with solvent control group,two sample groups couldsignificantly increase the swimming time(P<0.01),significantly reduce the level of serum urea in the body after swimming(P<0.01),significantly lower the area under the blood lactic acid curve(P<0.01),and formula beverage sample group 1could also significantly increase the content of liver glycogen(P<0.01).
Conclusion: The formula functional beverage hasanti-fatigue effects in mice and its effect is related to the content of taurine and caffeine.Key words: formula functional beverage;anti-fatigue;taurine;caffeine
