摘要：外循环蒸发器适合耐热温度较高、浓度较高、易结垢结焦甚至有微量结晶物析出的物料的蒸发，在医药、食品及污水处理行业仍有应用。每家生产的外循环蒸发器结构也都不尽相同，在应用过程中出现的问题也不少，如物料在蒸发器中结垢结焦速度加快、循环速度时快时慢；由于物料特殊，在蒸发过程中起泡严重、甚至造成跑料，蒸发器不好操作、不好控制等。该文仅以外循环蒸发器在中草药汤汁浓缩为例加以阐述，在外循环蒸发器设计时应考虑的物料与热量衡算、蒸发器结构尺寸等问题，以及外循环蒸发器应用中存在的问题及解决方法。

Several Points for Attention in the Design of External Circulation Evaporator

Abstract: Circulation evaporator due to was suitable for heat resistant high temperature and high concentration，easy toscale even a trace of anti-coking crystal precipitation evaporation materials，in medicine，food and sewage treatmentindustries they are still applied. Circulation evaporator each of a structure is different，there are also some problems inthe process of application，such as the material in the evaporator scaling coking speed，loop sometimes fast sometimesslow；due to the special material，sparkling in the process of evaporation seriously，and even running，evaporators donot work well. In this paper, the problems of material and heat balance, structure and size of evaporator and theproblems existing in the application of external circulation evaporator and their solutions are explained in the design ofexternal circulation evaporator by taking the concentration of Chinese herbal soup as an example.
