摘要：杀菌机应用领域广泛。杀菌机分为管式杀菌、板式杀菌机及直喷式杀菌机三种，管式杀菌机又分为列管式杀菌机、套管式杀菌机。板式杀菌机分为板片式杀菌机、刮板式杀菌机两种。这三种杀菌机在应用过程中容易出现的主要问题有杀菌温度不稳定，杀菌温度不足；出料冷却效果不佳；结垢结焦严重；难以清洗彻底；生产能力不足等问题。该文将对这些问题进行一一分析，并提出解决方案。

Several Problems in the Design of Sterilizer

Abstract: Bactericidal machine is widely used in many fields. Sterilizer is divided into tube sterilizer，plate sterilizer anddirect spray sterilizer. Tube sterilizer is divided into tube sterilizer，sleeve sterilizer.Plate sterilizer is divided into platechip sterilizer and scraper sterilizer. The main problems of these three sterilizers in the application process are unstableand inadequate sterilization temperature，poor cooling effect of discharged material，serious scaling and coking，difficultto clean thoroughly，insufficient production capacity. This paper will analyze these problems one by one and find outpropose solutions.
