食品检验中风险识别与防控探讨

摘要:本文根据《检验检测机构资质认定能力评价检验检测机构通用要求》(RB/T 214-2017)的基本思路,针对食品检验中可能存在的风险点进行了具体识别和防控的探讨。与高深的理论框架不同的是,本文从细微处着眼,紧密联系检验检测实际,提出的风险防控措施更具有可操作性,可为同类实验室提供参考。

Discussion of Risk Identification and Control in Food Inspection

Abstract: In accordance with the general requirements for competence assessment for inspection organization and laboratory mandatory approval —general requirements for inspection organization and laboratory(RB/T 214-2017),this paper discusses the specific identification and control of possible risk points in food inspection. Unlike the advanced theoretical framework,this paper focuses on the details which closely connects with the food inspection practice. The proposed risk control measures are more operable. Thus a template for risk identification and control will be provided to similar laboratories.
