适用于饮料行业的节能途径

摘要:简述我国饮料行业的发展现状,分析了碳酸饮料、果蔬汁饮料、茶类饮料等不同品类的生产工艺能耗特点,解释了由生产环节的能源分散应用模式,所造成的大量能源浪费问题。根据目前国内已经实施的节能改造项目经验,提出了基于吸收式技术的生产工艺冷热联供能源系统,提高生产流程的能源综合利用率,具有可观的环保及经济价值,是一条适合于各类型饮料生产企业的节能应用路径。

Appropriate Way of Energy Saving in Beverage Industry

Abstract: This paper provides overview the development and status of beverage industry in China,analyzes the feature of production energy consumption in carbonated drinks,fruit vegetable juice drinks and tea drinks,and explains the usage patterns of energy resources which brings certain problems of energy waste. According to experience of effective energy audit in China,the paper proposes an absorption resource systemof combined cooling and heating,which can improve the energy comprehensive utilization rate,bringing considerable commercial and environmental benefit. That’s a way of energy saving application for various types of beverage manufacturers.
