摘要:目的:研究鱼腥草不同溶剂提取物的体外抗菌活性。方法:乙醇法提取后,利用环已烷、乙酸乙酯、乙醚对鱼腥草醇提物进一步分离,挥发有机溶剂后得到三种膏状产品。利用牛津杯实验分别测试其抗菌活性,并测定其耐热性、耐酸碱性和最低抑菌浓度。结果:鱼腥草提取物有较好的抗菌活性,可用乙酸乙酯进一步分离,耐热和耐酸碱性良好,最低抑菌浓度为0.01%。结论:鱼腥草提取物可以作为天然防腐抑菌物质应用于某些食品中。

Antibacterial Activity of Houttuynia Cordata Thunb Extract in Vitro

Abstract: Objective:To study the antibacterial activity of different solvent extracts of Houttuynia cordata Thunb in vitro. Methods:After alcohol extraction,the ethanol extract of Houttuynia cordata Thunb was further separated by cyclohexane,ethyl acetate and ether,and three kinds of paste products were obtained by volatilizing organic solvent. Oxford cup test was used to test its antibacterial activity,heat resistance,acid and alkali resistance,and to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration. Results:The extract of Houttuynia cordata Thunb has good antibacterial activity. It can be further separated by ethyl acetate. It has good heat resistance and acid- base resistance. The minimum inhibitory concentration is 0.01%. Conclusion:Houttuynia cordata Thunb extract can be used as a natural antiseptic and bacteriostatic substance in some foods.
