摘要：建立了同时测定果汁饮料中7 种合成着色剂（柠檬黄、新红、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、亮蓝、赤藓红）的固相萃取柱净化高效液相色谱方法。试样经无水乙醇-氨水溶液-水（体积比7∶2∶1）提取，Cleanert PWAX固相萃取SPE柱富集和净化后，采用Nvcleodur C18柱（250mm×4.6mm，5μm），以0.02mol/L 乙酸铵-甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱，采用二极管阵列检测器，多波长检测定量。结果表明：7 种合成着色剂在0.5～40.0μg/mL均有良好的线性关系，相关系数（r）为0.9999；方法检出限为0.025～0.097mg/kg；3 个不同水平（2.0、5.0、10.0mg/kg）的加标平均回收率为96.51%～
104.41%，RSD值为0.95%～2.01%。该方法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、重现性佳等特色，适用于果汁饮料中7 种合成着色剂的同时检测。

Simultaneous Determination of 7 Synthetic Colorants in Fruit Juice Drinks by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract: A method was developed for simultaneous determination of 7 synthetic colorants（lemon yellow，new red，amaranth，carmine，sunset yellow，brilliant blue，erythrosine）in fruit juice drinks by PWAX solid phase extraction -HPLC. In the experiments，the samples were extracted by ethanol-ammonia-water（7∶2∶1 v/v），then the extract was purified and concentrated by Cleanert PWAX（SPE） column，and 7 synthetic colorants were separated by Nvcleodur C18 Column（250mm × 4.6mm，5μm） with 0.02mol/L ammonium acetate - methanol as mobile phase in gradient elution， detected by 200～800nm multi- wavelength PDA method. The results shows that 7 synthetic colorants had good liner relations when the concentration was in the range of 0.5～40.0μg/mL and the correlation coefficients were 0.9999. The detection limit was from 0.025 to 0.097mg/kg. The recovery of the method（standard additive concentration is 2.0，5.0，10.0mg/kg）was from 96.51% to 104.41%，and the relative standard deviation （RSD） was from 0.95% to 2.01% . The method is simple and convenient，good reproducibility，suitable for 7 synthetic colorants simultaneous determination in fruit juice drinks.
