一种浓醇滋补的菊花八宝茶饮料的研发

摘要:以菊花、绿茶、红枣浓缩汁、桂圆浓缩汁、枸杞原汁、葡萄干浓缩汁、山楂原汁、冰糖八种配料研制成菊花八宝茶饮料。经过正交试验,对饮料品质进行感官品评,最终确定最佳配方为:绿茶和菊花萃取液15%,红枣浓缩汁5%,桂圆浓缩汁5%,枸杞原汁4%,葡萄干浓缩汁4%,山楂原汁3%,冰糖2%。所得饮料不仅香气浓郁而且滋味浓醇,口感协调,健康滋补。

Development of Rich and Nutritious Eight-treasure Chrysanthemum and Tea Beverage

Abstract: A kind of eight- treasure tea was developed by adding chrysanthemum, green tea, red dates juice concentration,longan juice concentration,wolfberry juice,raisin juice concentration,hawthorn juice,rock sugar as eight ingredients. The formula was determined by orthogonal test and sensory evaluation. The optimal formula was as green tea and chrysanthemum extraction 15%,red dates juice concentration 5%,longan juice concentration 5%, wolfberry juice 4%,raisin juice concentration 4%,hawthorn juice 3%,and rock sugar 2%. This beverage not only has rich top note and taste,but also tastes well and nutritious.
