摘要：降膜式蒸发器降膜管周边润湿量不足，就需考虑分程增大周边润湿量，而分程需设置循环泵。因循环泵的流量选择不合理造成泵机封烧毁现象时有发生，本文就此仅以RNJM03-5200 型三效降膜式蒸发器在奶粉生产中的应用为例加以阐述。

Determination of Circulating Pump Flow Rate of Falling Film Evaporator

Abstract: If the wetting amount of falling film evaporator is not enough，it is necessary to consider increasing the wetting amount of falling film tube. The circulation pump is needed to be set up in the separation process. The burning phenomenon of the pump seal is often caused by the unreasonable flow rate selection of the circulation pump. In this regard，the application of RNJM03-5200 type three-effect falling-film evaporator in the milk powder production is only illustrated by taking the application of RNJM03-5200 type three- effect falling-film evaporator in the milk powder production as an example.
