啤酒质量的模糊综合评价网络构建及应用

摘要:食品质量安全是大众最关心的问题,而食品质量评价方法却存在单一、复杂和不全面的特点。防范食品安全问题,就需要多维度综合评价食品质量。本文以啤酒为例,从品质指标、安全指标中选取了15 个底层三级指标,基于模糊综合评价法和BP神经网络构建的模糊综合评价网络系统,为啤酒质量评价提供了更容易普及与操作的评价方法,结果表明此方法可以用于啤酒质量评价,也可以进一步推广应用到其他食品质量评价中。

Construction and Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Network for Beer Quality

Abstract: Food quality and safety is the most concerned of the public,but the food quality evaluation methods is have the characteristics of single,complex and incomplete. In order to prevent food safety problems,it is necessary to evaluate food quality comprehensively. Taking beer as an example,this paper selects 15 lower- level three- level
indexes from quality index,and safety index,and constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation network system based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which provides a more popular and operational evaluation method for beer quality evaluation. The results show that this method can be used to evaluate beer quality and other food quality.
