酵母抽提物在功能饮料中应用的可行性分析

摘要:本文将目前市面上常见的国内外功能饮料中的功能因子及其生物活性与酵母抽提物中的功能因子及其活性进行对比。结果表明:酵母抽提物非常适合作为一种营养丰富的食品辅料添加到功能饮料中,从而达到很好的生物活性作用。

Feasibility Analysis of Application of Yeast Extract in Energy Drinks

Abstract: In this paper,the functional factors and their biological activities in energy drinks which are common in the market at home and abroad were compared with those in yeast extract. The results showed that yeast extract was suitable to be added to energy drinks as a nutrient-rich food supplement,so as to achieve good biological activity.
