芦苇纳米纤维素对酸奶中重金属离子的吸附作用

摘 要:重金属经食物链进入人体后主要以蓄积效应对机体产生慢性损伤,进而引发生理畸形、癌症等难愈之症。 本文利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法[1] 测定了芦苇纳米纤维素对酸奶中银、镉、铅、铜四种重金属离子的吸附作用,结 果显示添加芦苇纳米纤维素的酸奶样品和对照组酸奶重金属含量差异显著(P<0.05),当芦苇纳米纤维素添加量为 1%时,对Ag离子吸附率为44.73%,对Pb离子吸附率为20.73%;当芦苇纳米纤维素添加量为10%时,对Cd离子吸附 率为47.80%,对Cu离子吸附率为16.03%。芦苇纳米纤维素对酸奶中重金属离子具有良好的吸附能力,且芦苇纳米 纤维素来源丰富、成本低廉[2] ,有益于糖尿病和心血管疾病的改善,起到改善肠道菌群,减肥、降血脂的效果。将芦苇 纳米纤维素作为吸附剂用于酸奶生产中将具有良好的应用前景[3] 及巨大的经济效益。

Adsorption of Heavy Metal Ions in Yogurt by Reed Nano-cellulose

Abstract: In this paper,flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine the adsorption of reed nano-cellulose on four heavy metal ions of silver,cadmium,lead and copper in yoghurt. The results showed that the content of heavy metals in yoghurt samples with reed nano- cellulose was significantly different from that in the control group(p<0.05). When the addition of reed nano-cellulose is 1%,the adsorption rate for Ag ions is 44.73%, and the adsorption rate for Pb ions is 20.73%. When the addition of reed nano cellulose is 10%,the adsorption rate for Cd ions is 47.80%,and the adsorption rate for Cu ions is 16.03% . Reed nano- cellulose has good adsorption capacity for heavy metal ions in yogurt,and reed nano-cellulose has rich sources and low cost,it is beneficial to the improvement of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases,and has the effects of improving intestinal flora,reducing weight and reducing blood lipid. Using reed nano- cellulose as adsorbent in yogurt production will have good application prospects and great economic benefits.
