食品类专业学生教学实践模式的改革探索

摘 要:传统的教学实践主要安排在第八学期,多因素导致实习效果不理想。为了更好的培养“新工科”人才,提高 学生实践能力,河北农业大学理工学院开创性的开展“581”校外实习模式。“5”是第五学期到企业进行半学年的生产 教学实习,“8”是第八学期再实习半学年,“1”是指总共实习1学年。该模式符合由实践到认识,再由认识到实践的 认识过程,提高了学生的实践能力,为学生以后的学习提供指导方向并使学生的思想进一步提高。本文还对“581” 实习实施过程中学生重视度不够,学生管理工作存在一定困难、企业接收实习生的积极性不高等问题进行了剖析, 并提出相应的对策,对推进和深化我国高等教育改革具有重要意义。

Exploration on the Reform of Teaching Practice Mode for Students Majoring in Food

Abstract: Traditional teaching practice is mainly arranged in the eighth semester,and there are many factors that lead to unsatisfactory practice effect. In order to better train“new engineering”talents and improve students’ practical ability,the Institute of Science and Technology of Hebei Agricultural University initiated the“581”offcampus internship mode.“5”refers to the half- academic year of production and teaching practice in the fifth semester,“8”refers to another half-academic year in the eighth semester,and“1”refers to a total of one academic year of practice. The model conforms to the process of cognition from practice to knowledge and then to practice, which improves students’practical ability,provides guidance for their future study and further improves students' thinking. This paper also analyzes the problems in the implementation of "581" internship,such as the lack of attention from middle school students,the difficulties in student management,and the low enthusiasm of enterprises to receive interns,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,which are of great significance to promote and deepen the reform of higher education in China.
