离子色谱法测定茶饮料中氟化物含量

摘要:建立用离子色谱/电导检测法测定茶饮料中氟化物的分析方法。试样用氢氧化钾溶液提取,经过滤、离心分离后,依次过0.22μm微孔滤膜、C18小柱处理后进样检测,选用IonPac AS19 阴离子交换分离柱,氢氧化钾淋洗液梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,以电导检测器检测。结果表明:氟离子在0.0mg/L~10.0mg/L 质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999;方法检出限为5.67μg/L;在0.1、0.2、1.0mg/L 三个添加浓度水平下,平均回收率为96.45%~99.04%。该方法线性范围广,准确性和精密度良好,操作较简便,结果满意,能满足日常检测要求。

Determination of the Fluorinion in Tea Drinks by Ion Chromatography

Abstract: A new method was established to determine fluorinion in tea drinks by ion chromatography withconducting detection. The samples were extracted by KOH solution and separated by filtration and centrifugation,then filtrated with 0.22μm membrane and C18 column. The samples solution were injected and analyzed. IonPac AS19was selected as the separation column. The gradient KOH solution with a flow rate 1.0mL/min was used as eluents.Auto-generated conducting detection ASRS-4mm was used. The results showed that the linear relation of fluorinionwas good in the range of 0.0mg/L~10.0mg/L(r=0.9999). The detection limit was 5.67μg/L. At the concentrationaddition levels of 0.1,0.2,1.0mg/L,the average recovery rates were 96.45%~99.04%. The method had a widelinear range,good repeatability and accuracy,which was suitable for the quantitative detection of fluorinion in teadrinks.Key words: ion chromatography;conductivity detection;tea drinks;fluorinion
