充氮热灌工艺在PET 瓶饮料生产中的应用

摘要:PET瓶热灌装工艺具有安全性高,操控性能好,投资少等优点,在饮料生产领域应用广泛,但饮料从热态到常温过程中体积收缩产生负压,给瓶体设计造成一定局限性,必须利用呼吸板块吸收负压,同时瓶体需采用厚加强筋以提高强度。充氮热灌装工艺是在传统热灌装工艺的灌装工序后,旋盖前向瓶体内部注射液氮,通过氮气在热态和常温下的压力变化来消除负压,去除呼吸板块的设计限制;同时,通过液氮气化增加瓶体内压进而提高瓶体抗压强度,打破加强筋过厚的约束,大幅提高了PET瓶体设计的自由度。关键词:热灌装工艺;PET瓶;饮料生产

Nitro Hotfill Technology in PET Bottle Beverage Production

Abstract: PET bottle hotfill technology,with its high safety,easy operation and low investment,is widely used inthe beverage production,but the volume change of beverage from hot to ambient temperature produce vacuum. Thisvacuum has brought bottle design limitations:container must have panels to absorb the inner vacuum generated,atthe same time to have deep reinforcement groove to improve the strength of the bottle. Nitro hotfill technology inPET bottle beverage production is to dose liquid nitrogen into bottle between filling and capping to avoid vacuumissue by adding nitrogen. Compensate vacuum by nitrogen pressure changes in hot and cold condition,to breakthrough the limitation of panel design. At the same time,thanks to the nitrogen internal pressure increase-Nitrogenexpansion-the higher strength of the bottle allows to break through the design constraints of groove. So as to expandthe PET bottle design freedom and the packaging mechanical performance.
