灌装操作重点区域洁净送风顶盖气流组织的 优化设计

摘要:为了对灌装操作空间提供分区域的不同风速送风和保证单向的气流组织,本研究通过CFD数值模拟技术严格设计并验证了送风顶盖内的喉部和组合导流板的细节尺寸,使得送风顶盖具有较好的流量分配和气流引导作用。首先定量计算了多种喉部尺寸选型的分流效果,从而确定了喉部9-11-5mm的组合,使得三个区域的流量分配符合预设要求。之后又优化了组合导流板对气流的引导作用,增加了短挡板,使气流按照预定路线对孔板壁面送风,避免了涡流和逆向气流产生。气流通过送风顶盖的分流与引导,灌装区气流流线齐整规则,流速分区且均匀,同时避免了瓶架缝隙内出现高速气流。本研究将设计与CFD模拟相结合,为灌装区洁净送风提供了优化设计思路与可靠送风装置。

Optimization Design of Top Supply Device for Clean Air Distribution in Key Filling Operation Zone

Abstract: Filling machine with high levels clean air supply is very important for aseptic filling. In order to keepdifferent wind speed in different areas,and guarantee the unidirectional airflow organization in the filling operationzone,the top air supply device was designed very carefully. In this study,the detailed dimensions of the throat andthe guide plates inside top air supply device were strictly designed and verified by CFD numerical simulationtechnology,to guide the airflow with a good distribution. Firstly,the throat size was quantitatively calculated anddetermined,combination of 9-11-5mm of throat. The flow dividing effect of various throat sizes was simulated tomake the flow distribution in the three areas meet the preset requirements. Then the guide plates were optimized toguide the airflow and a short baffle was designed,so that the air would flow in the predetermined route to thePerforated plate surface without vortex and reverse airflow. In this study,the airflow was well divided and guided bythe top air supply device. The streamline in the filling area was regular and the flowrate is uniform. This studycombined the design and CFD simulation to provide an optimal design method and a reliable top air supply devicefor the clean air supply in the filling area.
