离子色谱法测定饮用水及天然矿泉水中 四种阴离子含量

摘要:建立了饮用水中四种阴离子同时检测的离子色谱检测法。分别考察了前处理方法、淋洗液配制方法、梯度洗脱程序及色谱柱选择等关键参数,得出饮用水(对于用二氧化氯和臭氧消毒的水)及天然矿泉水需经通入惰性气体或者超声处理,Dionex IonPac AS19 色谱柱进行分离,电导检测器检测,淋洗液自动配制,梯度洗脱同时检测溴酸根、溴离子、亚硝酸根及硝酸根四种阴离子,峰形良好,定量准确。以去离子水为基质做加标回收率实验,当加标量为0.005~3.0μg/L 时,回收率范围为97.3%~99.8%,稳定且良好。针对不同添加量进行6 次平行的精密度实验,精密度良好,相对标准偏差小于3%。该方法具有结果准确,操作简便,重复性好,检出限低等优点,可用于饮用水及天然矿泉水中溴酸根、溴离子、亚硝酸根及硝酸根四种阴离子同时检测定量分析。

Ion Chromatography Determination of Four Anions in DrinkingWater and Natural MineralWater

Abstract: A method for the determination of four kinds of anions in drinking water and mineral water by ionchromatography was developed. The pretreatment method,eluent preparation method,gradient elution procedure andchromatographic column were investigated respectively. It is concluded that drinking water(for water disinfected withchlorine dioxide and ozone)and natural mineral water need to be treated with inert gas or ultrasound. The separationwas performed on Dionex IonPac AS19 column, Conductivity detector;the eluent is automatically prepared.Bromate,bromide,nitrite and nitrate were detected simultaneously by gradient elution. The recovery experiment wascarried out with natural mineral water as substrate,added content in the range of 0.005~3.0μg/L. The recovery wasin the range of 97.3%~99.8%. 6 parallel precision experiments were carried out for different contents of addedmineral water with good precision less than 3.0%. The results indicated that this method is accurate,simple andreproducible,and thus suitable for the analysis of four kinds of anions in drinking water and natural mineral water.
