我国食品安全风险评估现状分析

摘要:“民以食为天,食以安为先”。食品安全问题是关系到广大人民群众的身体健康和生命安全、关系到经济健康发展和社会稳定的重要因素。对食品安全风险进行评估是合理有效解决食品安全问题的必要手段。本文对食品安全风险评估基本概念、评估过程、发展现状以及应对策略进行了综述,期望对我国食品安全风险评估制度的建设和完善提供有力支撑。

Status Analysis of Food Safety Risk Assessment in China

Abstract:“Food is the priority of the people,and safety is the priority of food.”Food safety is related to the healthand life safety of the broad masses of people,related to the healthy develop-ment of economy and social stability.Assessment of food safety risk is a necessary means to solve food safety problems reasonably and effectively. In thispaper, the basic concept of food safety risk assessment, assessment process, development status and copingstrategies were reviewed,hoping to provide intellectual support for the construction and improvement of China's foodsafety risk assessment system.
