摘要：陈皮为药食同源传统中药材，含有丰富的生物活性物质，如黄酮类、生物碱类、挥发油类、多糖类等，这些有效成分具有广泛的生物活性和药用价值，如抗氧化、抗炎抑菌、抗肿瘤、保护呼吸道、保护心血管等。本文对陈皮的活性成分及其保健功能进行综述，同时对陈皮在饮料中的应用现状进行分析，以期为陈皮功能性食品的生产、药学研究及综合开发利用提供参考。

Research Progress in Bioactive Components and Their Health-care Function ofCitri Reticulatae Pericarpium

Abstract: Citri reticulatae pericarpium，a Chinese traditional and edible herbal medicine，contains abundant biological active substances，such as flavonoids，alkaloids，volatile oils，polysaccharides，etc. These bioactive compounds have a wide range of biological activities and medicinal value including anti-oxidation，anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial，anti-tumor，respiratory protection，cardiovascular protection and so on. This review is focused on the recent advances in research on bioactive components and their health care function of Citri pericarpium reticulatae，and analyzes the current status of its application in beverages，which can provide some guidelines for the development of functional foods，medicinal research and utilization of Citri reticulatae pericarpium in the future.
