ELISA法在功能饮料维生素B12测定中的应用

摘要:采用ELISA法检测功能饮料中维生素B12含量,结果表明,该种方法的准确度,精密度均能达到与AOAC.986.23法同等效果。经实验表明,平均回收率范围81%~111.9%,批内变异系数范围为0.7%~3.5%;ELISA 方法R2值范围为0.9995~1.0000,平均值为0.9998。

Application of ELISAMethod in the Measurement of Vitamine B12 in Functional Drink

Abstract: ELISA method was used to determine the content of vitamin B12 in functional beverages. The results showedthat the accuracy and precision of the Elisa method are similar to the AOAC.986.23 method. The experiments showedthat the average recovery rate is in the range of 81%~111.9%;the intra assay coefficient of variation is in the rangeof 0.7%~3.5%;R2 value of ELISA method is in the range of 0.9995~1.0000 with the average value of 0.9998.
