活性炭热水消毒工艺研究

摘要:活性炭过滤是饮用水生产过程中常用的过滤工艺,其表面的多孔性使其可以脱除余氯、嗅味及消毒副产物。余氯脱除且吸附了大量有机物后,活性炭较易富集微生物,因此定期消毒对于过程管控及品质安全必不可少。传统的活性炭消毒常采用热蒸汽消毒,需消耗大量的蒸汽,耗时较长,不符合低碳环保的新发展理念。为节约能源并提高效率,该课题研究了使用热水对活性炭消毒的工艺。实验表明,当消毒时长达到120min 以上,温度达到85℃以上时,热水消毒工艺可以达到良好的消毒效果,且该工艺可以有效降低活性炭消毒成本,提高生产线运行效率,达到更优的运行效果。因此,热水消毒是一种安全、节能、高效的活性炭消毒工艺。

Study on Hot Water Disinfection Technology of Activated Carbon

Abstract: Activated carbon filtration is a commonly used filtration process in the production of drinking water. Itssurface porosity allows it to remove residual chlorine,smell and disinfection by-products. Microorganisms are likelyto enrich in activated carbon adsorbed mass organic matter while released the residual chlorine, so regulardisinfection of activated carbon is essential for process control and quality safety. Traditionally hot steam disinfectionis often used for activated carbon disinfection,which consumes a lot of steam,takes a long time,and does not meetto the new development concept of low carbon and environmental protection. In order to save energy and improveefficiency,this subject studied another type of activated carbon disinfection,called process- hot water disinfection.Experiments showed that when the disinfection time reached 120minutes or more and the temperature reached 85°Cor more,the hot water disinfection process can achieve a good disinfection effect,and this process can effectivelyreduce the cost of activated carbon disinfection,improve the operating efficiency of the production line,and achievea better operating effect. Therefore,hot water disinfection is safe,energy-saving and efficient activated carbon disinfectionprocess.
