PET 饮料瓶轻量化研究

摘要:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(Polyethylene glycol terephthalate,PET)是一种常见的饮料包装材料,其广泛应用促进了饮料工业的发展,但同时也引发了一系列环境问题,故PET 饮料瓶的轻量化一直是研究的重点。为了解决PET 饮料瓶轻量化过程中出现的性能下降及消费体验变差的问题,本文研究了瓶型及重量对瓶身壁厚的影响,并进一步研究了瓶型及壁厚对垂直载压、侧向载压及握力等使用性能的影响。研究表明,通过瓶型的优化设计,可以让轻量化的14g 饮料瓶取得与常见的16g 饮料瓶相近的使用性能,但若将重量降到12g,使用性能则会出现明显的下降。因此,对于PET 饮料瓶的轻量化应用,要重点关注瓶型的优化设计,做到在减重的同时确保性能不会有明显的下降。

Research on Lightweight of PET Beverage Bottle

Abstract: PET is a common material of beverage packaging. Its wide application has promoted the development ofbeverage industry,but also caused a series of environmental problems. Therefore,the lightweight has always beenthe focus of research. In order to solve the problems of performance dropping and poor consumption experience inthe process of lightweight of PET beverage bottles,the influence of bottle shape and weight on the wall thicknesswas studied,moreover the influence of bottle shape and wall thickness on the vertical load,lateral load and gripstrength of the bottles are studied. It was found that the lightweight 14g beverage bottle can achieve similarperformance to the common 16g beverage bottle by the optimal design of bottle shape,but if the weight was reducedto 12g,the performance will drop significantly. Therefore,for the application of the lightweight of PET beveragebottles,it is necessary to focus on the optimal design of the bottle shape,so as to ensure that the performance willnot drop significantly while the reduce of weight.
