摘要：了解2019-2021 年度镇江市市区辖区内桶装饮用水中大肠菌群和铜绿假单胞菌的污染情况。根据《食品安全国家标准包装饮用水》（GB 19298-2014）微生物限量要求，按照《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验大肠菌群计数》（GB 4789.3-2016）和《食品安全国家标准饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》（GB 8538-2016）分别对大肠菌群和铜绿假单胞菌进行检验。镇江市区2019-2021 年委托的150 批次桶装饮用水中，有8 批次水样检出铜绿假单胞菌，检出率为5.33％；有9 批次水样检出大肠菌群，检出率为6.0％。经统计共检出大肠菌群阳性菌落数为262CFU/mL；共检出铜绿假单胞菌阳性菌落数量为452CFU/250mL，其中蓝绿色菌落数为412CFU/250mL，红褐色菌落数为16CFU/250mL，产荧光的其他颜色24CFU/250mL。饮用水中分离出的150 株铜绿假单胞菌阳性菌株均对常用的庆大霉素、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、美罗培南、哌拉西林7 种抗生素耐药。镇江市区辖区内的桶装饮用水中部分企业检出大肠菌群和铜绿假单胞菌，饮用水存在致病风险。

Analysis of the Detection Results of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Coliform in Bottled DrinkingWater of Zhenjiang City From 2019 to 2021

Abstract: This paper aims to investigate the pollution of coliform and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in bottled drinkingwater in Zhenjiang City from 2019 to 2021. According to GB 19298- 2014“national food safety standard forpackaged drinking water”microbial limit requirements，according to GB 4789.3-2016“national food safety standardfor food microbiological examination coliform count”and GB 8538-2016“national food safety standard for drinkingnatural mineral water inspection methods”，coliform and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were tested respectively. Amongthe 150 batches of bottled drinking water entrusted by Zhenjiang City from 2017 to 2019，8 batches of water sampleswere detected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa，with a detection rate of 5.33%；9 batches of water samples weredetected with coliform，with a detection rate of 6.0%. The total number of coliform positive colonies was 262CFU/mL；the total number of Pseudomonas aeruginosa positive colonies was 452CFU/250mL，including 412CFU/250mLof blue- green colonies，16CFU/250mL of reddish brown colonies，and 24CFU/250mL of other fluorescent colors.150 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from drinking water were resistant to gentamicin，ciprofloxacin，levofloxacin，ceftazidime，cefepime，meropenem and piperacillin. Coliform and Pseudomonas aeruginosa weredetected in some enterprises of bottled drinking water in Zhenjiang urban area，and there was a risk of disease in drinking water.
