《食品分析》“课程思政”教学内容的设计思考

摘要:《食品分析》是食品科学与工程专业的主干课程,主要讲授了食品中各种成分的分析方法,除此之外,该课程中还蕴含丰富的思政教育元素。本文探讨了如何在教学过程中充分挖掘该门课程中的思政元素,探寻新的教学方法改革,在传授专业知识的同时进行思想政治教育,在食品分析课程教学过程中实现思政元素与专业知识有机融合。

Thinking on the Design of“Ideological and Political Curriculum”Education of Food Analysis

Abstract: Food Analysis is the main course for the major of food science and engineering,which mainly containsthe analysis methods of various ingredients in food. In addition,this course also contains rich elements of ideologicaland political education. This paper deeply excavates the ideological and political elements in the course and exploresteaching methods reform how to carry out ideological and political education while imparting professional knowledge.Finally,organic integration of ideological and political elements and professional knowledge is realized in theteaching process of food analysis course.
