摘要:食品工业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,实现行业高质量发展,人才引进和技术创新是关键;但部分地方高校食品专业学生专业认可度不高,难以给地方食品产业发展提供足够支撑。本研究从专业认知、社会认同、高校办学条件、行业薪酬现状等方面分析了地方高校食品专业学生专业认可度不高的原因,探索通过建立“四级联动”教育网络、“1234”人才培养模式和“产教融合”协同育人机制,提高食品专业学生的专业认可度,助力我国食品工业高质量发展。

Abstract: Food industry is an important part of the national economy. To achieve high- quality development of theindustry,talent introduction and technological innovation are the key factors. However,the professional recognitionof food majors in some local universities is not high,which is difficult to provide sufficient support for thedevelopment of local food industry. From the aspects of students' major cognition,social identity,college educationalconditions and industry salary status,the reasons for the low professional recognition of food majors were analyzed.On this basis,by the way of building the“four level linkage”education network,founding the“1234”talenttraining mode,and implementing the“industry-education integration”,the students' professional cognition and socialservice ability were enhanced,and thus helping the high-quality development of the food industry of China.
