摘要：黄酮类化合物是金银花中药理活性较为显著的一类物质，其种类多、含量可观、应用范围广，备受关注，近年其提取工艺及药理性活性方面的研究较多。本文阐述金银花中黄酮的提取工艺以及抗氧化、抗病毒、消炎、抑菌、抗心肌纤维化等药理活性，为金银花黄酮的深加工应用和金银花的高效综合利用提供参考。

Research Prospect on Extraction and Pharmacological Activity of Flavonoids from Lonicerae Japonica

Abstract: Flavonoids are a class of substances with significant pharmacological activities in Lonicerae japonicae.Their variety，content and application range have attracted much attention. People have been developing theirextraction processes and testing their pharmacological activities. In this paper，the extraction technology of flavonoidsfrom Flos lonicerae and the pharmacological activities of antioxidant，antiviral，anti-inflammatory，bacteriostatic andanti-myocardial fibrosis were described，providing reference for further processing and application of flavonoids fromFlos lonicerae and efficient comprehensive utilization of flos lonicerae.
