摘要:针对某饮料瓶瓶盖与瓶口配合部位的密封性能,以密封圈长度L、顶端夹角θ 和倒角半径R2 三个结构参数,建立三因素四水平正交试验,应用有限元法研究密封过程中密封圈最大变形量、最大应力和接触应力的大小,分析其对密封性能的影响。结果表明:最大应力和接触应力对密封性能产生直接影响,对最大应力和接触应力影响最大的均为密封圈长度L,其次是顶端夹角θ,最后是倒角半径R2;通过极差分析法得到优选结果为密封圈长度L=5mm,顶端夹角θ=86°,倒角半径R2=0.7mm,得到密封圈最大应力为15.903MPa,接触应力为1.53MPa,满足密封要求,为瓶盖的优化设计提供一定的理论参考。

Analysis of the Influence of Structural Parameters on the Sealing Performance of Bottle Caps

Abstract: For the sealing performance of the mating part of the cap and the mouth of a beverage bottle,a threefactorfour- level orthogonal test was established with three structural parameters,namely the seal length L,the tipclamping angle θ and the chamfer radius R2,and the finite element method was applied to study the maximumdeformation,the maximum stress and the contact stress of the sealing ring during the sealing process to analysis theireffects on the sealing performance. The results showed that the maximum stress and contact stress had a directinfluence on the sealing performance,and the greatest influence on the maximum stress and contact stress was on theseal length L,followed by the tip angle θ and finally the chamfer radius R2. The maximum stress of the seal is15.903MPa and the contact stress was 1.53MPa,which meets the sealing requirements and provides some theoreticalreference for the optimal design of future cap production.
