高效液相色谱法测定菊花和金银花 中吡虫啉残留量

摘要:目的:采用液液萃取+固相萃取净化的前处理方法,运用高效液相色谱法测定菊花和金银花中吡虫啉的残留量。方法:样品经甲醇超声提取后,液液萃取+固相萃取净化,使用紫外可变波长检测器和Waters Atlantis T3 柱,以甲醇和水为流动相,在268nm 波长下检测样品中吡虫啉残留量。结果:在0.10mg/L~2.00mg/L 浓度范围内,曲线相关系数为0.9999,回收率为85%~95%,RSD 为0.48%~2.68%,方法检出限为0.10mg/kg。结论:方法具有净化效果好、精密度和准确度高的特点。

Determination of Imidacloprid Residues in Chrysanthemum and Honeysuckle by HPLC

Abstract: Objective:To determine the residues of imidacloprid in chrysanthemum and Honeysuckle by high performanceliquid chromatography(HPLC)with liquid-liquid extraction(LME)and solid phase extraction(SPE). Methods:Afer ultrasonic extraction with methanol,the samples were purified by liquid-liquid extraction(lme)and HLBsolid phase extraction(spe). The residue of imidacloprid in the samples was detected at 268nm using methanol andwater as mobile phase using a uv variable wavelength detector and an Atlantis T3 column. Results:In the concentrationrange of 0.20mg/L~2.00mg/L,the curve correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the recovery rate was 85%~95%,RSD was 0.48%~2.88%,and the detection limit was 0.10mg/kg. Conclusion:The method had the characteristics ofgood purification effect,high precision and accuracy.
