摘要：将课程思政融入高校教学是为党、为国家培养人才的必然要求。本文以开展《饮料工艺学》的课程思政教学为目标，进行了《饮料工艺学》思政教学要素的设计，提出了思政教学方式的改革措施。学期末对教学效果进行调研发现，课程思政价值观培养与学生对专业知识的学习和理解相互促进，期末考评合格率100%，优良率提升36%，对课程思政融入的满意度100%。该文为课程思政在《饮料工艺学》授课过程中的有机结合提供了参考。

The Exploration of Ideological and Political Teaching in“Beverage Technology”

Abstract: Integrating ideological and political education into college teaching is an inevitable requirement to cultivatetalents for the party and the country. In order to carry out the ideological and political teaching of“BeverageTechnology”，this paper designs the elements of ideological and political teaching in“Beverage Technology”，putsforward the reform measures of ideological and political teaching methods，and analyzes the teaching effectiveness ofthe integration of ideological and political education. At the end of the semester，research showed that integration ofideological and political education in the curriculum both promoted the value guidance and professional knowledgeunderstanding of students，and the passing rate of the final examination raised to 100%，while the excellent rateraised by 36% . Meanwhile，students' satisfaction reached 100% for the integration of ideological and politicaleducation. The paper can provide a reference for the organic combination of ideology and politics in the teachingcourse of “Beverage Technology”.
