摘要:本文针对目前在食品分析课程教学中专业教育与创新创业教育脱节的问题,重新凝练课程目标,整合教学内容,改进教学方法和手段,优化课程考核体系,探索专创有效融合的路径。

Abstract: In view of the disconnection between professional education and innovation and entrepreneurshipeducation in food analysis course teaching,this paper refocused the course objectives,integrates teaching contents,improves teaching methods and means,Optimizes the curriculum assessment system,and explores the effectiveintegration of special creation.
